Donald N. Paustian

Donald N. Paustian, 81, a resident of Eau Claire for the past 50 years, died July 22, 2022, in Pipestone Township.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at Morris Chapel, 11721 Pucker Street, Niles, Mich. Bowerman Funeral Home, Eau Claire, is assisting the family with arrangements. Messages and memories can be shared at www.bowermanfuneral.com.

Don was born July 3, 1941, in Benton Harbor, the son of Ernest and Mary (Ertman) Paustian. He worked as a truck mechanic and driver for Shamrock Ford in South Bend. In his leisure time, he liked to read and travel.

Survivors include three brothers: George, Vernon, and Eldon Paustian; and a sister, Karen Shannahan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Lester and Edward “Earl” Paustian.
