Jeffrey Lynn Brown

Jeffrey Lynn Brown, 53, of Sodus, died March 23, 2021, at home.

A graveside memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Sodus. Messages and memories may be shared online at www.bowermanfuneral.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.

Jeff was born October 5, 1967 in St. Joseph, the son of Lynn and Renda (Cochran) Brown. He was the sexton for Sodus and Pipestone Townships cemeteries and parks, a job he had previously done with his father. In his leisure time, Jeff enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, softball, bowling and golfing. He loved his nieces and nephews and family. His church affiliation was with Community of Christ Church.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa (Henslee) Brown; his mother, Renda Brown; and his brother, Bryan Brown.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lynn Brown.
