Carolyn Louise Clark, 64, of Eau Claire passed on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022 at Spectrum Health Lakeland in St. Joseph.
Survivors include her husband, Frank; children: David (Sarah) Ott, Frank (Jennifer) Clark, Brad (Kayla) Clark; sisters: Nannette Patrick, Katherine (Andy) Reneau, Annette (Jeremy) Hopkins, Karen (Gerald) Brewer; brothers, John (Sue) Ott and Joe Ott; grandchildren: Bradley Ott, Jack Clark, Ethan Clark, Levi Clark, Kasen Clark, Kira Clark, Lily Pollack, and Rose Pollack; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Melissa Ott; daughter and son-in-law, Carrie (Jimmy) Pollock; brothers, Jim Ott and Jay Ott; grandchildren: James (JJ) Pollack Jr., Ivey Pollack and Callie Pollack.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at Bowerman Funeral Home in Eau Claire. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at Bowerman Funeral Home. Messages and memories may be shared online at www.bowermanfuneral.com.
